全自动吸塑机主要用于各种塑胶产品的成型包装，可将塑料片材吸塑成不同形状泡罩或泡壳。其成型原理：将片材加热到一定温度厚，通过真空泵产生负压将塑料片材吸附到模型表面上，经冷却定型而转变成不同形状的泡罩或泡壳。

        适合生产各种颜色片材：聚乙烯PS、聚氯乙烯PVC、有机玻璃、ABS、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯；植绒片材；环保片材APET、PET、PP等；光降解材料；生物降解材料等塑料制品。
