设计特点
1、SNCR喷枪上的喷嘴使用大流量的空气雾化型喷嘴，拥有多级雾化效果，在火力发电厂除尘脱硫脱硝，化工厂、水泥厂和除尘环保工程都有广泛应用；
2、采用双流体喷嘴，并使用蒸汽或空气做第二流体；
3、在最恶劣的环境中，效率很高设计以及三级雾化仍能用最少的压缩空气使用量达到好的雾化性能；
4、内部装有螺旋喷嘴为第二级雾化喷嘴，螺旋喷嘴的大孔径流通通道设计可有效防止堵塞等恶劣的流体环境。

4、足够小的喷嘴和枪体能够在安装条件苛刻的环境下方便使用；
5、流量分布均等，适合于多数喷嘴配列；
6、喷雾全区域的粒径均匀分布，为液体的均匀蒸发和吸收反应提供非常优越的保证；

(3)RP低流量中气压雾化方式：RP(Reduced＝降低了的；Pressure＝风帽气压)省漆高效系列喷枪有先进的雾化技术，它结合了传统喷枪与HVLP喷枪的优点，其风帽空气压力约在1.2-1.3巴之间；涂料传递效率在65％以上，但耗气量比传统喷枪更低(每分钟295升，进气压力2.5巴)，操作上跟传统喷非常接近。
