设计特点

1、SNCR喷枪上的喷嘴使用大流量的空气雾化型喷嘴，拥有多级雾化效果，在火力发电厂除尘脱硫脱硝，化工厂、水泥厂和除尘环保工程都有广泛应用；

2、采用双流体喷嘴，并使用蒸汽或空气做第二流体；

3、在最恶劣的环境中，效率很高设计以及三级雾化仍能用最少的压缩空气使用量达到好的雾化性能；

4、内部装有螺旋喷嘴为第二级雾化喷嘴，螺旋喷嘴的大孔径流通通道设计可有效防止堵塞等恶劣的流体环境。

1、  雾化均匀——喷雾全区域的粒径分布均匀，为液体的均匀蒸发和吸收反应提供了非常优越的保证。平均颗粒直径只有60μm，粒径120μm。
