焚烧喷枪主要应用于脉冲抛式炉排
焚烧炉、机械炉排焚烧炉、流化床焚烧
炉、回转式焚烧炉和CAO焚烧炉等各种
类型的焚烧炉！焚烧炉原理是利用煤、
燃油、燃气等燃料的燃烧，把将要处理
的物体进行高温的焚毁碳化，以达到消
菌的目的。而焚烧喷枪主要是用来进行
废液雾化，有以下优点：
1、采用内部混合式双流体雾化，其混
合程度、雾化效果、燃烧速度效率极高，
过剩空气系数低，可节约大量燃料；
2、雾化喷头口径大，对流体粘度、杂质水平喷射
含量要求不高，不易堵塞；采用低压喷
雾方式，较高压喷枪式安全，不易磨损，
不易故障，燃烧效果好，雾化介质可用
低压蒸汽或空气；
3、根据其焚烧工艺，焚烧喷枪也可用
在特有的流化床锅炉进行焚烧，满足众

氨水脱硝喷枪系列喷枪产品特性：
