※利用压缩空气与液体的摩擦，产生非常
均匀和最细密的雾化效果，正常情况下平
均的雾化颗粒直径到80微米以下。
※喷嘴整体由连接本体和喷雾装置组合而
成，而喷雾装置由空气帽和液体帽组合而
成。
※喷雾形状有多孔实心锥型、扇形。
※连接喷嘴本体的称为雾化枪杆，一般根
据工况采用316L及310SS材质。
※喷嘴连接雾化枪杆有两个独立的液体入
口和空气入口，分别在连接枪杆上标
注“LIQUID”和“AIR”。
氨水脱硝喷枪的特点：
1、产生平均粒径为70微米 “微雾”的二流体扇形喷嘴。
2、流量调整范围较大，且喷雾角度变动小。
3、喷雾形状全区域内的粒径均匀。
4、流量分布均等，适合于多数喷嘴排列使用，喷射距离远，穿透力强。
5、异物通过径大，不易阻塞。
