新型脱硝喷枪应用于锅炉脱硝上的优势
实现SNCR脱硝的关键是选择合适的温度点以及还原剂与烟气的混合程度。循环流化床能够实现SNCR脱硝的原因，在于炉膛与旋风分离器之间的水平烟道横截面比较小，喷枪雾场能比较充分的覆盖，还原剂与烟气能比较充分的混合，同时大部分这类锅炉的水平烟道的温度也能满足SNCR脱硝的温度。但是有些循环流化床水平烟道的温度不能满足SNCR脱硝的温度，合适的温度点却在炉膛内。这样，就出现了跟煤粉炉、链条炉等横截面比较大的锅炉一样的问题：炉膛横截面大，喷枪雾场不伸入炉膛内部就不能使雾场充分覆盖，导致脱硝效率低。
