大气污染是近年来环保治理的重点。因燃煤工业窑炉烟气中有NO--x, NO--x是一种主要的大气污染物，它在强光作用下会与碳氢化合物发生反应行成有毒气体，这种气体排放到空气中就会行成酸雨，严重危害生态环境。因此，在工业炉排气前要求对有毒气体进行前处理。目前，氨还原法脱硝因其工艺简单，投资成本低，成为主要的烟气脱硝法。氨气脱硝方法主要工作原理是：在压缩空气的作用下，将还原剂通过喷枪气体和液体入口在枪体内碰撞产生雾化颗粒然后喷到炉窑高温烟气中，还原剂中的氨和烟气中的氮氧化物发生化学反应，生成烟气和水，脱出烟气中的氮氧化物。

根据燃煤工业炉窑烟气脱硝的实际工况要求，脱硝专用喷枪里带有独特的具有旋流功能的混合室，被称为旋流混合室双流体喷枪。
本喷枪主要由枪体、保护套、枪体、枪头构成。

枪体内有螺纹型的压缩空气接口，混合室和螺纹型的还原剂接口，压缩空气接口和混合室之间有轴向小孔相通；还原剂接口焊接在枪体上，还原剂接口和枪体之间有与混合室呈切向的小孔相通。
（2）
保护套上焊有保护气接口，保护气接口加工有保护气管路接入螺纹，保护套和枪体之间用紧定螺钉固定，套在枪体外；
（3）
枪体的一端与枪体的混合室焊接；另一端加工有螺纹，与枪头连接。
（4）
枪头的一端加工有螺纹，与枪体连接；另一端加工有不同形状和尺寸要求的孔，以便控制喷雾形状成实心锥和扇形。
