1Cr9Mo1VNbN属于马氏体型耐热钢,对应新国标牌号10Cr9Mo1VNbN,国标10Cr9Mo1VNbN相当于T91/P91,不仅具有高的抗XX性能和抗高温蒸汽XX性能,而且还具有良好的冲击韧性和高而稳定的持久塑性及XX性能。在使用XX低于620℃时,其使用应力高于奥氏体不锈钢;1Cr9Mo1VNbN马氏体型耐热钢主要用于汽轮机行业。
1Cr9Mo1VNbN主要应用:可作为亚临界、超临界锅炉壁温≤625℃的XX过热器、再X器用钢管,以及壁温≤600℃XX集箱和蒸汽管道,也可作为XXX交换器以及XXX裂化装置炉管。
