主要用于液压脉冲试验。该试验台作为考核汽车空调管路在脉冲压力下疲劳寿命的主要设备，对保证热交换器质量和提高其可靠性有重要作用。 参照标准：汽车空调（HFC-134a）用软管 及软管组合件QC/T 664-2000

一、压力脉冲测试台基本功能：
A basic function, pressure pulse test board:
1. 试验介质：水或已二醇混合液
1. The test medium: water or have glycol mixture
2. 脉冲压力：0.1 ~ 3Mpa （可以调节）
2. Pulse pressure: 0.1 ~ 3 mpa (adjustable)
3. 控制低压可以调节（0.－0.5Mp,）
3. The control of low voltage can be adjusted (0. 0.5 Mp,)
4. 压力控制精度：0.1 bar
4. The pressure control precision: 0.1 bar
5. 脉冲频率：0.1~ 2Hz可调（6-60CPM）
5. Adjustable pulse frequency: 0.1 ~ 2 hz (6 to 60 CPM)
6. 脉冲压力波形：基本方波(或梯形波),脉宽调节可以按照贵公司要求进行

本试验台由4个主要部分组成：
This test-bed is made up of four main parts:
1. 液压系统：循环泵、脉冲发生器
Hydraulic system: 1. The circulating pump, pulse generator
2. 试验柜：主要用于安装待试验的热交换器，调压及系统压力指示
2. The test cabinet: mainly used for the installation to test the heat exchangers, pressure regulating and indicator for pressure of system
3. 温度控制系统（箱体温度控制系统，流质温度控制系统）
3. The temperature control system (body temperature control system, the liquid temperature control system)
4. 电器控制柜及计算机测试系统：启动按钮和仪表均安装在压力脉冲测试台操纵台上，便于集中控制和监测情况，计算机系统可以采集试验压力波形、试验次数、脉冲频率、介质温度等参数且具备报表打印功能，并有故障通告功能
4.
