防止空气进入液压系统的方法是:
①吸油管和回油管应插入油面以下,并且保持足够的深度;
②系统中各部分应保持充满油液,办法是在液压泵的出口处安装一单向阀,回油路上设置背压阀;
③油箱的油面要尽量大些,吸入侧和回油侧要用隔板隔开,以达到消除气泡的目的;
④在管路及液压缸的最高处设置放气孔,在起动时应放掉其中的空气;

⑤应保持管接头的良好密封,特别是吸油管路,若密封不好,空气便被吸入液压系统。

3.防止油温过高
工程机械液压系统油液的工作温度一般在30度到80度范围内较好,油温过高对系统会产生一系列不良影响,如粘度下降,泄漏增大,容积效率下降,造成液动速度不稳定,会造成热膨胀系数不同的运动幅之间间隙变化,甚至出现卡死等,会使油液变质,密封件老化,丧失密封性能等。 油温升高的原因多种多样,如油箱容积太小,散热面积不够,油箱储存油量太少,周围环境气温较高,冷却器作用失灵;系统中没有卸载回路,在停止工作时油泵仍在高压溢流;油管太细太长,弯曲过多,压力损失过大,元件加工精度不高,相对运动件摩擦发热过多等。 WUVPA-2BO-42-16-1 24V DC
