独立发泡架

    独立发泡架可使内桶、外桶固定牢固；内、外桶不偏心，不跑位，可一次发泡聚安酯，实现了整体发泡的效果。也可将多个独立发泡架串联使用，实现多工位同时发泡，提高发泡效率。

Independent foaming frame

    The independent foaming frame can make the inner and outer tanks fixed firmly and can finish the overall polyurethane foam at one time. We can use multiple independent foaming frames as series to reach foaming of multi-stations and improve the efficiency.

1．清洗油箱油过滤器； 3个月/1次 2．黑白料过滤器拆下彻底清洗； 6个月/1次 3．油杯．彻底清洗； 1年/1次 4．阀拆下彻底清洗； 1年/1次 5．油管料管渗漏检查； 6个月/1次 6．各电机除尘； 6个月/1次 7．液压缸拆下彻底清洗； 1年/1次 8．检查发泡机电机硅树脂联轴器磨损情况； 6个月/1次 9．控制柜除尘，紧固接线端子； 6个月/1次 10．配合计量部门校对计量仪表； 按计量周期 11．清洗恒温水机及系统中的水垢和沉淀物。

    U形发泡线为30～85工位（工位待定）地轨循环式太阳能发泡生产线，工作时可连续循环动作，也可步进工作，具有结构紧凑、操作简单、传动平稳、生产效率高等特点，广泛应用于太阳能批量发泡生产。
